Detergent dispensers, chemical dispensers
DETERGENT DISPENSERS
Our automatic and manual chemical dispensers are designed for professional use. Automatic devices are usually connected to industrial dishwashers, while manual devices are used in conjunction with hand-held dishwashing trays.
We also offer wall-mounted chemical dispensers, which can be combined with each other to dispense multiple chemicals. Automatic systems are controlled by the dishwasher and require a professional to connect them. The mixture formation in these devices can be adjusted with a potentiometer. Manual dispensers are flow-through systems. The water flowing through them generates a vacuum, which sucks the chemical from the can, so that when mixed with water, a mixture of the appropriate concentration is formed.

USING DETERGENT DISPENSING SYSTEMS
Detergent and chemical dispensers are mainly used in large-scale kitchens and food processing plants. They can be used in conjunction with the dishwasher control unit or connected to the water supply system. In the former, the control is carried out by the dishwasher program. During the detergent or rinse aid filling phase, the peristaltic pump is energized. The peristaltic tube inside the dispenser rotates at the set speed and delivers the desired amount of detergent into the dishwasher tank.
The manual system is installed directly near the sink. The device generates a vacuum when the tap is opened due to the water flow. The desired amount of detergent is mixed with water from the chemical canister through a mixing reducer. The finished solution is placed in the sink. Plain water or the mixture can be selected using a button. This solution is also available in a tap-mounted version. We recommend this for smaller sinks.
USING DETERGENT DISPENSERS FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Chemical dispensers can be used not only for dispensing dishwashing liquid. They can also be used to prepare various cleaning agent mixtures. For example, for mixing shampoo in car washes. For preparing the desired cleaning agent solution during industrial cleaning. This can be the case, for example, when a larger amount of solution needs to be prepared at once for cleaning a factory building. There is no need to bother with measuring cups and buckets. The desired solution can be filled directly into the cleaning machine and the cleaning can begin.
The use of sink and chemical dispensers makes work in factory kitchens and industrial facilities easier.
We specifically recommend them for school kitchens, healthcare institutions, factory buildings, shopping malls, cleaning companies, and car washes.
