Urinal air fresheners
TOILET AND URINAL AIR FRESHENERS
The products in this category are specifically designed to scent toilets. In addition to their scenting function, urinal scenting grates also prevent foreign substances (e.g. cigarette butts, chewing gum, etc.) from entering the drain thanks to their structure, thus preventing blockages. Urinal stones also have an antibacterial effect. With normal use, they retain their scent for about 30 days. There are also scenters that can be hung on the outside of the toilet bowl or attached to the wall with a suction cup, which fit well anywhere thanks to their silicone material.
ROLE OF URINAL FRESHENERS
Everyone prefers to use a cultured, tidy bathroom, so it is important to keep them clean for our guests. We can't be there to clean it after every use, so preventing the spread of odors and maintaining cleanliness is the main task. Today, urinal grates are available that also perform a deodorizing function in addition to filtering foreign objects.
URINAL FRAGRANCE GRIDS
There are three types of urinal grates. Simple plastic grate, without a scenting function. In this solution, the scenting is done by a separate urinal stone or a scenting device placed outside the urinal. Plastic grate with a urinal stone holder, optionally equipped with a urinal stone. The latest solution is products made of silicone, impregnated with a fragrance. The primary function of each product is to capture foreign objects and prevent clogging. Scented urinal grates simultaneously perform the task of clogging prevention and scenting. They are easier to use, you don't have to bother with replacing the stones. These grates made of silicone rubber, with average use, have an effect for about 30 days, after which they must be replaced, as they lose their scent.
Urinal stones come in different sizes and hardnesses. The larger and more resistant they are, the longer they can be used. In addition to scenting, they also perform a cleaning function.
The Hangair and Diamond air fresheners are also made of silicone, the former can be attached to the tile with a suction cup, and the latter can be hung on the toilet flange, facing outwards. These products only function as air fresheners.
For those who prefer a more economical solution, there is still the option of using a normal basket urinal grate. These have a small recess filled with urinal stone. When the stone runs out, it is enough to replace the stone, thus reducing expenses, but it is not as aesthetic and is tricky to replace.
