Brilliance alcohol disinfectant 5L

Brilliance® Alcohol Disinfectant can be used in the food industry, catering, and for background hygiene in shops on all surfaces where it is important not to rinse the surface after disinfection. The disinfectant can be used for daily, periodic disinfection, but in case of major cleaning or heavy contamination, the surface may need to be cleaned with a HACCP-compatible degreaser according to the relevant regulations. Disinfectant effect: bactericidal, fungicidal.

Ready-to-use disinfectant suitable for surfaces in contact with food! No need to rinse, but you must wait for the evaporation time before the surface comes into contact with food again! Use without dilution!

Instructions for use:

Spray Brilliance® Alcohol Disinfectant undiluted from a distance of approx. 30 cm onto the surface or device. After this, wait for the reaction time, which is 5 minutes, then wipe the surface with a dry disinfected cloth or paper towel. At 20 oC, after another 15 minutes, the surface no longer contains any residue, so it can be used for food preparation. If wiping the surface is not possible, for example in the case of slicing machines, wait at least 1 hour after disinfection before using the device again.

The product does not pose a toxicological hazard after evaporation. Electrical devices must be de-energized before disinfection! The chemical must not be used on hot surfaces! For professional use only!
