Industrial degreasing cleaner for steel, for dipping process

Recommended solution temperature and exposure time: 60 – 90°C, 30 – 3 minutes

A solid, generally usable, highly alkaline degreasing cleaning agent. It can be used in all places where the goal is to degrease iron and steel objects, but it is also suitable for cleaning floors heavily contaminated with oil and grease. As a degreaser and cleaner, it is suitable for use in single-zone equipment, because it can be used without rinsing. It forms a stable emulsion with the washed grease and oil.

We recommend using it for the dipping process. After preparing the solution of the appropriate concentration and adjusting its temperature, the surface to be cleaned should be brought into contact with the cleaning solution, then after the exposure time has elapsed, the contact should be terminated, and if necessary, the surface should be rinsed with water. The cleaning effect of the solution is significantly increased if the liquid is circulated, e.g. with a flow-accelerating nozzle-pump system.
