Brilliance Dishwashing detergent super concentrate 1 liter

Brilliance® Dishwashing Liquid Super Concentrate is a high-performance commercial dishwashing liquid with outstanding fat solubility (24 plates), and is also effective in cold water. It dries quickly and drip-free. It can be used in three-phase dishwashing in the first phase, for fat dissolution.

Instructions for use

For large-scale dishwashing: For 5 liters of water, you need a small spoonful of 4-5 ml of detergent, for 50 liters of water, add about 1/2 dl of detergent.

When washing dishes under running water: A small spoonful is enough for the sponge. If you want to dry your hands a little, dilute it with 1/2 or 1/3 part water before use.

You can perform three-phase dishwashing cost-effectively while still complying with HACCP as follows:
Phase 1, fat dissolving: Brilliance® Dishwashing Liquid Super Concentrate at a dilution of 1:800-1000
2. Phase, disinfection: Brilliance® Chlorine Powder in a dilution of 1:1000. Required temperature 40⁰C.
3. Phase, rinsing: with clean water, drip drying.

You can perform two-phase dishwashing cost-effectively while still complying with HACCP as follows:
Phase 1, degreasing and disinfection: Brilliance® Dishwashing Liquid Super Concentrate diluted 1:1000 and Brilliance® Chlorine Powder diluted 1:400, mixed together when preparing the solution. Required temperature 40⁰C
2. Phase, rinsing: with clean water, drip drying.
