Can be used in catering , private and public health, animal health, the food industry, and in other industrial areas, primarily in wet rooms, where the cleaning of calcified, grease-contaminated surfaces, milk scale, metal oxides, etc. removal is the goal. First, a working solution of the desired concentration and temperature (20-60 °C) must be prepared with appropriate dilution, and the operation must be performed with this solution. The working solution can be applied to the surface by spraying, brushing, dipping or in other ways. The efficiency of the cleaning can be improved with a mechanical effect. The acid dissolves the deposited scale, milk scale, metal oxides, etc., the surfactant removes the grease, thereby cleaning the surface evenly. After the effect time has expired, the surface must be cleaned of chemical residues by rinsing with water. It can damage zinc, oxide, marble and limestone surfaces, therefore a test must be carried out before use on these surfaces.
